Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Acchi is a web application available at acchi.io (the “Service”), operated from Switzerland (the “Operator”, “we”). Contact: support@acchi.io.

2. What Acchi is

Acchi lets you record real-life achievements as collectible badges, display them on a profile, and compete on leaderboards. Some badges are claimed on your honor; higher-tier badges require photo evidence and/or in-person confirmation by another member (a “witness”).

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Acchi.
  • One account per person. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Your username must not impersonate another person. Handles that impersonate a public figure can be reclaimed.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent.

4. Honesty rules

Acchi runs on trust. Claiming badges you did not earn, submitting AI-generated, edited or fake evidence, or confirming claims you did not witness is fraud within the Service. We may issue warnings, remove badges, freeze accounts, or permanently ban accounts involved in fraud, at our discretion. Witnesses who confirm fraudulent claims may be penalized alongside the claimer.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you submit. You grant us the license needed to store, process and display that content inside the Service (for example, showing evidence to our review team). Evidence photos are private in the current version of the Service. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or depicts other people without their consent.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

  • Acchi Plus is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) unlocking additional features. It renews automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops renewal and Plus stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Themes are one-off digital purchases unlocked immediately for your account.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
  • By purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right (EU/EEA consumers) is thereby waived, where applicable. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.
  • Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.

7. Virtual items

Badges, points, ranks, era badges and similar items have no monetary value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted where they resulted from fraud, abuse, or technical error.

8. Fair use of the Service

Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, access other members' data, automate claims, or circumvent rate limits and verification systems.

9. Availability and changes

Acchi is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and to preserve your collection, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Acchi at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with the trust process (warnings and strikes) applied where proportionate.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app; continuing to use Acchi after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
